Hi, I'm Ali founder of Baby Concierge and mum of 2 young kids.

We are a family run business, and our top priority is the safety, well-being and comfort of your little ones. My degree is in Hospitality & Tourism and I have also worked in Central London real estate. This has given me a great understanding of the importance of an excellent product and delivering concierge style exceptional customer service.

After having our second child we had a whole host of baby equipment that was quickly filling up the loft with no idea if we would need it again. In January 2024 Baby Concierge was born.

Baby Concierge is a premium baby & toddler equipment rental service. We deliver right to your private residence, hotel or serviced accommodation.

Our ethos at Baby Concierge is to create a 'Home Away From Home' environment to give you peace of mind, assured in the knowledge your children are comfortable and safe.

Our service is ideal for parents who have no desire to buy or store equipment that children will quickly outgrow and which is inconvenient to store. Or when you need an item of equipment on one-off or occasional basis or if you want to 'Try Before You Buy'.

We have already served a whole host of families travelling in and around London and can't wait to help you too!
