Baby Concierge is a premium baby and toddler equipment rental service that delivers right to your door, when you need it, for as long as you need it.
When you rent your equipment from Baby Concierge, you can rely on us to provide you with first class equipment and service. We want you and your little ones to enjoy your ‘Home Away From Home’.
Absolutely. We use premium, trusted equipment brands. All our baby and toddler equipment meets UK safety requirements, is in excellent condition and well maintained. It goes through a thorough cleaning and sterilisation process after each and every rental and is inspected before it is rented out. We send everything out exactly as we would want to receive it ourselves!
Our top priority is the safety, well-being and comfort of your little ones. All of our equipment is rigorously quality checked before and after each use. When repairs are needed, the equipment is taken out of circulation whilst it is repaired. If it cannot be repaired, the equipment is replaced. We deep clean each item when it is returned to us.
We use environmentally friendly products to steam clean and launder our linens and fabrics. The hard surfaces are sanitised Vital Baby Hygiene Aquaint Cleansing Water. Everything arrives in tip top condition.
We are open weekdays 09:30 - 14:30 in the office and deliveries are within the hours of 08:00 - 20:00 unless pre agreed at the point of booking.
Baby Concierge offers two services for delivery & collection. Our concierge service provides an in-person delivery and collection of our equipment to your private residence, hotel or serviced accommodation, across Hertfordshire & London and surrounding areas, at an agreed date and time. Our nationwide delivery service uses a national courier to families across the UK.
Step 1: From our website, browse through our range of baby and toddler equipment, choose your items, add your rental dates and add to the basket. Choose your delivery service upon checkout.
Step 2: Select your preferred payment option which may include a small refundable deposit.
Step 3: You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your booking information.
Please check this carefully and get back in touch, within 24 hours, if you have any queries. Otherwise, we assume the details of the order and delivery are correct.

If you need guidance on the best equipment to rent, based on your child’s age and needs, for everyday use or whilst travelling, please get in touch.
It is always best to make your booking as soon as you know your travel dates. This way, items can be guaranteed for you. This is especially true during peak times, such as Easter, summer and Christmas holidays.
If you need to make any changes to your booking, you can always do so by contacting us via email. Amendments section says charges made.
A £10 admin fee applies for any changes.
We always try to accommodate last minute orders. If you can't see the item available on the website then please do call or email and we'll do our best to help.
Our minimum rental period is 3 days for all equipment, you are welcome to rent any equipment for 1 or 2 days but you will be charge the equivalent of 3 days rental.
Items can be rented for as long as the item is available. Prices on the website are for up to 3 months. If you require a longer rental period, please get in touch and we can provide you with a discounted price for a long-term rental.
We count each day that you have the equipment as one day, regardless of time delivered or the time the item is collected. We do not double book the equipment as we need time to inspect the item post rental, clean the item and complete any potential maintenance. For example: If you are arriving Sunday evening and take delivery of the equipment and return the item/s back on Saturday morning we would count that as 7 days.
Please contact us via phone, Whatsapp or email. We may be able to suggest a suitable alternative piece of equipment or be able to source the equipment you want. We are open Monday to Friday 09.30- 14.30 however do our best to respond to messages within 1-2 hours outwith these times. We will always try to accommodate all our customers as best as we can!
Yes, we are happy to deliver directly to the hotel front desk or concierge ahead of your arrival. In order to securely leave the items with the hotel we will need the booking name and reservation numbers to help identify you with the hotel. When you leave the hotel please ensure the hotel team has the items in a secure room with a tag that clearly says Baby Concierge Equipment and our phone number +44 7301 006 233 ready for us to collect.
Yes. We deliver to all types of serviced accommodation. When you make your booking please provide us with your holiday rental name and address, your holiday dates and your check-in time. If you wish your equipment to be in the holiday rental before you arrive, we can liaise with your host. Please ensure all details are shared via email with the hosts in copy to avoid any confusion. On your departure date, the equipment will be collected before you check out from your accommodation.
Yes. We offer concierge delivery and collection to and from Luton, Stansted, Heathrow and Gatwick. We can track flights to ensure your equipment is ready and waiting for on your arrival. We can meet you in the arrivals terminal or at your car hire location. Some additional charges may apply for delivery to airports or for late arrivals. Please ensure you have sent a follow up email with all your flight details confirming the destination you flew from, flight number and expected arrival time. Once you are through customs please give us a call and we will be with you shortly.
Yes. You can collect and return the equipment to the Baby Concierge HQ in EN6, at a mutually agreed time and date.
In-person delivery and collection service costs start from £7.50 up to £18.00 each way.
The delivery costs using a national courier are a flat fee of £12.50. Returns from mainland UK are free of charge.
Courier returns are self return to a local nominated shop using the details emailed to you.
